La nostra politica di restituzione è di 14 giorni a partire dal giorno in cui ricevi l'opera. Dovrai in questo caso contattarci via mail al seguente indirizzo: ramona.ranalli@gmail.com e rispedirci il prodotto così come lo hai ricevuto nella sua confezione ed imballaggio originale, in perfette condizioni, senza essere stato maneggiato, senza macchie o danni. Verrà restituito il 100% del valore del prodotto. Il trasporto di restituzione è a carico del cliente cosi come le altre spese che potrebbero  essere aggiunte come l'imballaggio. Il rimborso del reso avverrà entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della merce intatta. Nel caso in cui l'articolo non sia nelle medesime condizioni di quando era stato spedito o che sia in cattive condizioni, perderà la garanzia ed il diritto di restituzione

La spedizione è gratuita, per l'Italia. Per i paesi europei ed extraeuropei potrebbero esserci costi aggiuntivi, quando le opere sono di grandi dimensioni e di maggior peso, vi informeremo al momento della vendita dell'eventuale differenza di costo. Le spedizioni sono assicurate, tracciabili e con compagnie di trasporto di fiducia. Una volta elaborato il pagamento, potrebbero essere necessari 7-14 giorni per la consegna (il tempo comprende preparazione imballaggio e spedizione  a seconda della destinazione). Non copriamo tariffe di importazione, le tasse devono essere pagate dal cliente
